Where can I learn about current CD rates?Click the Research Funds & Stocks tab and then select Stocks, Bonds, & CDs. From there go to View all CD rates, located under the CD yields table. What is the credit quality of the bonds available through the Fixed Income Trade Desk?The majority of securities have an investment-grade rating (Baa or above on the Moody's Investors Service scale; BBB or above on the Standard & Poor's scale), but you may also have access to a limited range of corporate bonds that are not investment-grade. Are there any types of bonds that Vanguard Brokerage Services doesn't offer?
The Fixed Income Trade Desk only offers securities denominated in U.S. dollars; securities denominated in foreign currencies are not available. Also, we do not offer U.S. savings bonds, Israeli bonds, or church bonds. Are bond issues and prices listed online by the Fixed Income Trade Desk the same as when placing an order through a bond trader?Not necessarily.
